Il d\u00e9coule, \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine, du travail fastidieux, et souvent b\u00e9n\u00e9vole, des mod\u00e9rateurs de forum. R\u00e9invent\u00e9 et int\u00e9gr\u00e9 par les entreprises, l&rsquo;objectif essentiel du Community Manager (ou CM) est d\u00e9sormais de rapprocher la marque de ses consommateurs. Pour cela, il cr\u00e9e du contenu digital et interagit avec diff\u00e9rentes communaut\u00e9s. De fa\u00e7on g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, il est en contact direct avec son audience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;audience se compose de prospects potentiels, de consommateurs et d&rsquo;ambassadeurs de la marque. Vous serez surpris de voir qu&rsquo;il y a pl\u00e9thore d&rsquo;avis et de discussions sur tous les sujets. On parle s\u00fbrement d\u00e9j\u00e0 de vous!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rejoindre et animer les communaut\u00e9s:<\/strong> Une fois identifi\u00e9es, il rejoint ces communaut\u00e9s et les anime. \u00c0 ce moment-l\u00e0, il faut redoubler de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et d&#8217;empathie, car il doit passer du statut de nouveau membre \u00e0 point de contact fiable et r\u00e9f\u00e9rence absolue de cette communaut\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>D\u00e9velopper la communaut\u00e9:<\/strong> Il d\u00e9veloppe et fait \u00e9voluer cette communaut\u00e9, am\u00e9liorant le rayonnement de la marque en augmentant le nombre d&rsquo;abonn\u00e9s.
