Constantly evolving, they needed to update their website and platform dedicated to their customers to integrate their new functionalities and improve the general ergonomics.

The exercise is all the more complicated for this type of business where there is a huge amount of information to be provided and highly specific cases. So there's a lot of work involved in prioritising the data and filtering it according to the user.
